The entire event program is tied to the three pillar themes of sustainable development: social, economic and environmental. On the menu: 

  • Three full days of conferences, workshops and panels
  • Terrain trail building workshop, on Friday
  • Group rides on the Mont-Sainte-Anne trail network (by skill level)
  • Festive evenings and entertainment (Wednesday and Thursday)

Cancellation Policy

Until 5pm, August 3 2025: 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
After 5pm, August 3 2025: No refunds will be issued; however, registrations can be transferred to another person.

How to get here

By plane − Jean-Lesage International Airport in Québec Cité (YQB) is the closest airport to your destination, just under an hour’s drive to Mont-Sainte-Anne (55 km). There is no public transit or shuttle between the airport and Mont-Sainte-Anne: an airport car rental or transportation by taxi or Uber are other possible options.

By car − Mont-Sainte-Anne is 35 minutes from downtown Québec Cité (follow route QC-138E to Beaupré, then route QC-360E to Mont-Sainte-Anne).
