Mont-Sainte-Anne

Day 1 - Mont-Sainte-Anne

Start this adrenaline-filled day by progressing slowly from La Baptême towards La Vietnam, La Tordue, then La 1837 (The Beast). If you still have a bit of energy left, you can further explore one of the previous options, or venture onto La Coupe du Monde (for experts only).

Empire 47

Day 2 - Empire 47

This is the perfect route to explore some of the must-see trails at Empire 47. Head to the summit 430 via the Montée de Lait and the Montée de la Soif and set out to conquer the La Descente du Coude and Nosferatu. If you are less comfortable in the air, Pad Religion and the three Vs (Vegetarian, Valkyrie and Voisine) are great options.

Sentiers du Moulin

Day 3 - Sentiers du Moulin

At Sentiers du Moulin, devote your third day to the SDM area in enduro mode. Get ready to test your skills on a particularly challenging trails: SuperG, Viking, LB-Cycle, LBC 2 and, to finish, a descent on King Kong. Save some strength for the next day. You'll need it!

Day 4 - Sentiers du Moulin

Another big day at Sentiers du Moulin, but this time in the Maelstrom area. Here is what awaits you: climb to the top on Tourbillon and head to Magneto and Vélo-Ciraptor via Crête du Lynx and Vortex. Second climb to the top via Gold Rush and Klondike, returning to the excellent Wolverine. Last ascent by Gold Rush and Klondike, and last crossing of the summit by the Crête du Lynx, to finish with Maelstrom. Phew, but wow.
